convenient location vintage vibe restored floors
the location is convenient to the train station i walked there easily the place had a vintage vibe there were restored wood floors i saw a big window next to the bed it had everything i needed in the mini-bar
the street entrance felt a bit weird to me

The staff was friendly and helpful . That was acceptable.
The room reeked! Every time I entered, there was this awful odor. I opened the window, facing a light well, only to have more bad smells waft in. It was very frustrating!!!

street noise uncomfortable pillows
The street outside was noisy. I could hear conversations and traffic. The pillows were also flat and not comfortable. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to this noise and lack of support.

italian pastries sunny balcony friendly staff
i totally loved the breakfast area it had a great variety of italian pastries. the sunny balcony was a favorite spot for me ! the hotel's location near termini station made getting around easy too. the staff was super great!
the air conditioning struggled a bit to keep up with the summer heat in my room. i felt that could've been better.

Charming Stay in the City
fresh pastries convenient location
I enjoyed the breakfast they served. It includes great cappuccino, pastries. a selection of meats and cheeses. The location is convenient with bus stops just outside. It's close to the city center also.
There are stairs before the elevators, so luggage transport was difficult. The shower had low water pressure and needed time to heat.

the hotel was secure and clean. breakfast was a good experience. i found the location convenient for accessing various attractions. the staff displayed amazing warmth and kindness.
I noticed some noise from the street at night. Earplugs helped.

charming stay near termini
friendly staff local transport
i found the staff friendly. they offered helpful advice about local transport upon my arrival, it was very useful. they also stored my bag after i checked out, this allowed me to explore the area without any luggage. i secure hotel as a solo traveler at this hotel.
the hotel entrance was located on a peculiar street. it required taking a small elevator to reach the hotel floor, i found that inconvenient. i struggled to carry my luggage up to the elevator.

the breakfast room had a nice setup, including fresh fruit juice. the breakfast offered a good selection to start the day, it had a good view of the street. it was very tasteful.
